My Ten Favorite Games Of 2016

2016 was a pretty good year for video games. Unfortunately, I didn’t have nearly as much disposable income to buy games as I had in years past, and the end result is that a lot of the biggest games of the year, I haven’t played. I also, don’t own a PlayStation 4, so I haven’t played games like Uncharted 4 or The Last Guardian. But, I was still able to come up with a list of ten games that I played this year. It’s probably pretty different from most of the lists you’ve seen on other sites. Continue reading

Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Check-in: Week 11

It’s that time again. Let’s take a look at how my progress in Tokyo Mirage Sessions is going. This week, I got further in the main story, did the final side quest, and got some grinding done in preparation for the final boss. You know the drill by now, before we get to all that, we have to talk numbers. Itsuki is currently level 61, I’m still in chapter 6, and my current play time is 46 hours and 44 minutes. Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Check-in: Week 9

I didn’t have a whole ton of time to play Tokyo Mirage Sessions this week. I only got about two hours of playtime in. But, even though I didn’t spend that much time with the game, I still got a decent amount of stuff done. All of it was side quests this time. Before I get into what went down, let’s go over some numbers. My current playtime is 37 and a half hours, Itsuki is level 53, and I’m currently an the intermission before chapter 6. Continue reading

Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Check-in: Week 8

It’s that time of the week again, time to see how much progress I made in Tokyo Mirage Sessions. I expected to spend the majority of my time this week in chapter 5’s dungeons, but I still ended up getting some side quests done. So, without any further ado, let’s go over some numbers. My current play time is 35 hours and 20 minutes, Itsuki is level 51, and I’m currently in the intermission between chapters 5 and 6. Continue reading

Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Check-in: Week 6

I didn’t get nearly as much done in Tokyo Mirage Sessions this week, so I doubt this post is going to be very long. I didn’t get any side quests done, but I did complete chapter 4. As always, before we get started on the summary of what I did, let’s go over some numbers. My total play time is 25 hours and 45 minutes, Itsuki is level 42, and as I said before, I’ve played through chapter 4. That’s about three hours, two levels, and one chapter accomplished. Continue reading

Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Check-in: Week 5

Once again, it’s time to see how much progress I’ve made in Tokyo Mirage Sessions. This week, I made a little bit of story progress, but most of my time was spent with side quests. While the story has been very consistant in quality, it’s the side quests that I’ve enjoyed the most, so I have a tendency to work on them as soon as they unlock. Plus, they grant new abilities that make the dungeons easier. Anyway, before I get into the bulk of what I did this week, let’s go over some numbers. My total play time is just under 23 hours. Itsuki, the main character, is level 40. I’m part way through chapter 4. Continue reading

Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Check-in: Week 4

Once again, it’s time to see what I’ve been up to in Tokyo Mirage Sessions. This week, I completed the third chapter and did some more side quests. Before I get into all that though, I have to start this post the same way I start all of these posts, with some numbers. My current play time is 17 hours and 50 minutes, my main character is level 34, and as previously stated, I’ve played through chapter 3 of the story. Continue reading

Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Check-In Week 3

This post is coming out a little¬†later¬†than I would have liked, but I did play some Tokyo Mirage Sessions last week! That means that you get to read what I have to say about it. That’s how this series works. But, before we get started, let’s go over some numbers. My total playtime is just under 14 hours, my main character is level 28, and I’m partway through episode 3.
