I’ve been trying to think of a new weekly feature for the blog now that I’m done with the E3 series. I really like having a couple weekly series going, because no matter what is going on in the industry, I always have something to post about. So, starting next week Wednesday, I’ll be posting the first article of my new series, Random Game Wednesdays.

Basically, the way it’ll work is I’ll pick a console, and then using a random number generator, I’ll select a game from my collection to talk about. Depending on what I get, you might get drastically different posts. I have a lot of games that I picked up from Goodwill or received as gifts that I haven’t had a ton of time to play. So, if I get a game that I’m very familiar with, you might get something similar to a full review. If I get a game that I’ve put very little time (if any) with, I might just play an hour and then give you my first impressions. It should be fun, it gives me something to write each week, and it gives you more content. We all win!

Just as a heads-up, I still don’t own any sort of capture equipment. So, don’t be surprised if there isn’t any screenshots to go along with these posts. I might play the game on an emulator, which is how I got screenshots for the Dynowarz review, but I’d rather use real hardware, so we’ll see. Also, I just want to tease that I have another series coming, but this one won’t be weekly. And that’s all I’m saying. Hopefully I’ll have the first part of that one done in the next few days.
