Random Game Wednesdays: Super Mario Bros. 3 (Nintendo Switch Online)

It’s been a while since I did a new installment of Random Game Wednesdays, and I thought that for the grand return of the feature, I should go to a new source of games. So, I went with the NES library offered with Nintendo Switch Online. There’s already a decent amount of stuff in there, with favorites, more obscure games, and weird enhanced versions of games, most of which I haven’t touched. StarTropics: Rediscovering A Classic

Going back to old games that you haven’t played in years can be kind of a risky thing. Random Game Wednesdays: R.C. Pro-Am (Rare Replay)

Despite being a huge fan of Rare and the NES, R.C. Pro-Am is kind of a blind spot for me. It’s a game I had certainly heard about a lot, and it’s possible that I may have played it at one point in time, but I have no real memory of it. Well, today that changed. I used the random number generator that I always use for these posts and it gave me Snake Rattle ‘n’ Roll, but since I had already covered that one, I tried a second time and it gave me R.C. Pro-Am. Continue reading
