Video Game Lego Sets I’d Like To See

It’s another night where it’s gotten late, I’m very tired, but I still need to write something. So how about another quick list? This time, I’m going to list a few things from video games that I’d like to see get turned into Lego sets. Don’t worry, we’ll have something more substantial tomorrow. But I can’t lose this whole “write a post every day of November” thing that I’m doing this close to the end of it. Alright, here they are.

Digging Up Sea Of Thieves’ New Game Changers

Yesterday I wrote about Animal Crossing, one of the games that I’ve been playing regularly for years. Today, I decided to write about the other one, Sea of Thieves. If you’re a long time reader of this blog, you know how much I like that game. It was my game of the year back in 2018 when it first came out and has only gotten better as more features have been added over the years. But, is there more to the game than what was shown, or was the lack of information an indication of a lack of content? Continue reading

Microsoft Knocked Their E3 Press Conference Out Of The Park

The last few years haven’t been very kind to the Xbox brand. The Xbox One started its life with a bad reputation, due to plans for “always online” style DRM that despite never actually happening, cost them a lot of their fans. Then you have the fact that the PS4 was more powerful, cheaper, and had a much more diverse line of exclusives. Then Microsoft cancels one of their big exclusives, Scalebound, while others seem to just kind of disappear. As one of the few people who genuinely prefers Xbox consoles to their PlayStation counterparts, it’s been very hard to watch. So, I’m happy to report that this year’s Microsoft E3 Press Conference was phenomenal.  Continue reading
