Game Hunting 1/31/25

I never know what I’m going to find when I go to a retro game store. There’s definitely games that I keep an eye out for, but usually I’m just popping in and seeing what I find. I actually found one I was looking for a few weeks ago, Godzilla for the PS4, but I didn’t write one of these about it. Maybe I’ll do something bigger with that later. But for now, let’s talk about my most recent haul, which is three games. I got two for the Atari 2600 and one for the Sega Dreamcast.

The Time I Got A Deal On Tapper

The other day, I was at a retro game store, just looking to see what I could find. I often look through the Atari 2600 section, they’re fun games to collect and not in very high demand so they’re often pretty cheap. I came across two that I didn’t have that were a couple bucks each. One was Mouse Trap, which I wasn’t really sure what it was, and the other was a game I recognized, Tapper. Without thinking too much about it, I bought both games and went on my way.
