Countdown To Switch 2: Best Of The Switch

It’s been eight years since the Nintendo Switch launched, and I’ve talked about it a whole lot on this blog in that time. It’s pretty crazy to think that at the time of this writing, the Switch 2 is only one week away. Before we put the original Switch to rest, I thought it’d be cool to write a little bit about my favorite games on the system. This won’t be the most comprehensive list. I was thinking of the best way to do this, and decided to do the highest ranking Switch game on each of my game of the year lists. That means there’s going to be a bunch I miss, but I can’t make this post a million words long. So, let’s get started.

E3 Or Whatever Predictions 2025

It’s that time of the year again. Big video game announcements are just around the corner, and I’m going to make some predictions about them. They’re probably pretty bad predictions, my results never turn out too accurate, but it’s fun to do anyway. This is also an interesting year as Nintendo will have just released the Switch 2 when these shows air, and Xbox is in a very different place than it traditionally has been. Countdown To Switch 2: Most Anticipated Games

At the time of this writing, we are twenty-three days away from the launch of the Nintendo Switch 2. It’s pretty crazy to think about. The original Switch came out about a year after I started this blog, and it’s been easily the console I’ve talked about the most here. Random Game Wednesdays: Super Star Wars: Return Of The Jedi (SNES)

By some coincidence, the random game chosen for me on the week of Star Wars Day is a Star Wars game. Super Star Wars: Return Of The Jedi, or Super Return Of The Jedi as we always called it, is a game that I spent a lot of time with growing up. The same is true with the other games in the Super Star Wars trilogy, the first of which I actually wrote a Random Game Wednesdays post on all the way back in 2016.
